Who are we?
Hey, we are Hannah and Ryan and we own Shredz City. We are a small community gym with a variety of Hammer Strength, Cybex, Natilus, Primal Strength and many other brilliant pieces of equipment including a small cardio selection. We pride ourselves on the atmosphere, friendliness and do our best to ensure everyone who trains with us feels confident walking in and even better walking out!
